Thank you for shopping with aeropress. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days back to your original method of payment.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees for your purchase are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as your order could already be processing.

7. Processing & Shipping Times

Returns are processed within 2–4 business days of receipt.

Shipping time for orders generally takes 7–15 business days.
